He started at KC Dawgz as a lead trainer and rose to become Director of Training, overseeing thousands of training programs and mentoring aspiring trainers.

His specialized skill set includes working with aggressive and reactive dogs, making him a trusted authority in complex behavioral issues. Ulysses’s training philosophy centers on compassion, tailored techniques, and evidence-based methods to bring out the best in every dog.

Currently, Ulysses is focused on advancing his scent detection expertise. He has trained and handled dogs for bed bug detection and is now expanding into narcotics and explosives scent work while pursuing his CBCC-KA certification. As the head trainer at Prestige Dog Training, he continues to set a high standard in professional dog training.
